The 1980s house has had a concrete extension. The kitchen has been extended. The house was originally designed by Søren Yran. A contrast has been created between the original classic wooden house architecture and the new building with its tight lines in concrete. Large parts of the extension are placed in the most inaccessible part of the plot, where it is steep and dark. The extension contains a double garage facing the road, and above this a bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. A terrace is laid over the garage and outside the bedroom, and a roof terrace is located with a 360-degree view.
